- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- Currently we didn't accept payments through Cash on Delivery and other methods as listed at checkout.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or verification.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraudulent activity is suspected.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 working days.
- Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the courier.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Certain items (e.g., beauty products, undergarments, customized items) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or as store credit) after inspection of returned goods.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
